We specialise in manufacturing rammed pre-formed furnace liners to suit the molten metal industry.
Our liners, made of Silica, are ideal for the cast iron industry.
They replace in-situ rammed linings which are health hazadous, labour intensive, expensive and they enhance the melt lives by 20% to 50% due to the higher density (2.25 g/cm3 as compared to in-situ rammed liners of 2.1g/cm3).
