Ceramic / Epoxy Wear Patch Materials
We offer 2 types of wear patch materials:
- Wear Patch Easy 3773 - 7 kg kit
- Wear Patch Easy Fast FC2 - 3 kg kit
They are a 2-component system which is simple to use, high wear resistant and easily installed horizontally, vertically or overhead.
They are epoxy bonded hard compounds with a short cure time that can be effectively used for lining structural components and for repairs. Prematurely worn surfaces of system components can be repaired rapidly, easily and with a minimum of downtime.
Where curing time to service is not an issue, Wear Patch Easy sets in 24 hours (10mm thick @ 20°C).
Where time is of the essence, then Wear Patch Eash Fast sets in 3 hours (10mm thick @ 20°C).
