Ceramic and Rubber Impact Pads
Our Ceramic/ Rubber Impact Pads have been developed to line any area that is exposed to high wear caused by impact such as:
- Chutes
- Bins
- Buckets
- Drums
- Launders
The pads are made of 92% alumina balls, cylindrical discs, square discs or hexagonal units moulded in black rubber.
Pads can be made up of various sizes and shapes (square, round, rectangular, triangular or designed to your specific requirements) and in small sections for localised replacement especially in areas of highest wear.
The pads come with various thicknesses of rubber backing (min. 5mm, max 50mm) and a +/- 2mm rubber protection between the ceramic to give them high flexibility, maximise impact strength, ceramic unit protection and noise suppression.
