Pipe Linings

Rojan's ceramic pipe linings have been used in very abrasive environments.

They are produced from high purity (92% or 99.8%), high density Alumina.

They exhibit around 8 - 10 times the wear life of comparative materials, ie steels, rubbers and polyurethanes.
Rojan stock various straight and elbow sections and can tailor to your needs.

Dirtwhacker Conveyor Belt Scraper

The Dirtwhacker conveyor belt scraper system has been developed in South Africa and has been a recent finalist in the Conveyor Association Awards. The Dirtwhacker operates by a simple but clever mechanism which allows the scraping blades to maintain constant blade/belt pressure across the full belt width. The operating principle of the Dirtwhacker involves the pressurisation of a rubber sleeve which alters the angles within parallelogram modules.

Tungsten carbide blades provide exceptional wear resistance and the self-adjusting nature of the Dirtwhacker ensures low maintenance. The Dirtwhacker has been a highly successful product for Rojan and is now installed in over 100 applications in Australia.  We carry stock to suit belt widths ranging from 450mm to 3000mm and can be installed by Rojan personnel if required.

Trowellable Ceramics and Rubber Repair Compounds

Rojan proudly represent the Elite range of trowellable and paintable ceramic materials.  We supply paintable silicon carbide based epoxy systems and trowellable silicon carbide and alumina materials. These are particularly handy for applications where abrasion is a problem or for emergency situations where wear resistant fillers are required.  Eliflex rubber repair compound is a two part mixture which can be applied to conveyor belts for the repairing of rips or for protecting clips from scraper blades etc.

Multi Mix Systems Oxygen Injector

The Multi Mix Systems (MMS) oxygen injector has been a very successful product which Rojan has been fortunate to present to the market. The MMS injector is an inexpensive solution to efficient oxygen injection and is rapidly gaining an enviable reputation in the gold industry. The injector body is constructed from corrosion resistant stainless steel which is housed in a ceramic outer casing. The injector is housed in a spool piece which can be installed in a leach feed line, recirculation line or in a skid plate mounting. The MMS injector is a low pressure device and does not require expensive high pressure pumps.
