Rojan Heatech Pre-formed Induction Furnace Liners avoid the undesirable and hazardous environmental effects from in situ rammed silica linings in foundries. Silicon Nitride
Rojan acts as agents for International Syalons. This material is seeing wider application in the aluminium smelting industry due to properties that include not being wetted by molten aluminium, good thermal conductivity and high strength. This makes it an excellent material for thermocouple sheaths and heater tubes. Stocks of popular sizes are maintained at our Western Australian based complex.

Rojan are proud to be the Australian distributor for the Rath (Deutschland) GmbH range of refractory materials. The range of products includes:
High temperature vacuum formed shapes for the lining of furnaces
up to temperatures of 1800°C in air; shapes can be boards or complex geometries
and can be formed in bulk densities up to 1500kg/m3.
Gating systems and sliding gates for use in foundries
to eliminate air inclusions and other defects in castings,
with a modular assembly design, virtually any foundry situation
can be accomodated.
